"DJ Jay Book 5 stars! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It was explained to me by my wedding planner that your DJ can be the most important person of your wedding day. The DJ is not only your music provider but also your Emcee and event director. He scheduled a zoom meeting with us to discuss our expectations for ceremony and reception music. He Provided an app for our family and friends to request songs prior to reception and made all of our crazy mashup ideas happen, all while following the schedule of reception events at a timely manner. He works well with vendors, wedding planners and guests. Each text or email we sent was always met with “of course, I can make it happen” He was professional, enthusiastic, and prompt with responses. Everything was perfect and I cannot thank him enough for the hard work he put into making my wedding and guests experience fun! HIRE HIM FOR YOUR EVENT!!

"DJ Jay Book provided a full service experience for our daughter’s wedding. From the planning meeting until the sparkler send off, Jay was there for us making sure the entire event was a success. He provided classic instrumentals for the ceremony, smooth jazz for the cocktail hour and all the jamz that got the party started and kept our guests entertained and on the dance floor for the rest of the evening. He was ready with every request we made and offered just the right amount of interaction with the crowd. Jay exceeded our expectations for quality professionalism and created the perfect audio backdrop for an amazing night!

Jason and his team made our party come alive. He was responsive, professional, innovative with technology, timely, personable, and a delight to work with. I honestly can’t imagine the event without him. Every detail from the lighting, the photo booth, TVs for the slide show, and running the transitions through our evening was the best experience. The music matched our crowd and really took it to the next level. We had so much fun! I will only be using Jason for my parties going forward! "THE BEST DJ EVER!!! Jason made our wedding so much fun and played all the best music. The lights were awesome and he is so much fun! He was always quick to respond and so nice. The playlist tool was a really easy way to give him an idea of what we wanted to hear. He did a great job of taking what I added to the playlist and filling in with other great songs that matched the vibe. Jason is awesome!!!

"Jason was our DJ at our wedding in Columbia, SC in June 2021. I cannot say in enough ways how AMAZING he was!! When we first had our Zoom meeting to plan the day, I remember telling him “We don’t necessarily need the full version of every song to play, we are more so thinking about a mash-up kind of thing. Just one song into the next.” - and his response was “Well, you’ve come to the right place!” And WOW, he was not at all kidding. He played all of the best music and constantly had the crowd engaged. We really couldn’t have imagined our night any differently! The music never stopped (or slowed down for that matter) and the vibe was through the roof all night!! The dance floor stayed packed with 100+ people from the start of the reception until the very end. The lights were the icing on the cake and was exactly the aspect of “party” we were hoping for. We had so many people constantly complimenting Jason and how great of a job has was doing & the feedback steadily after the wedding was no different. Everyone had the best time of their lives thanks to Jason. We could never recommend him enough!!!

"Jay Book was professional and prepared from the start! He spent time prior to the wedding helping us choose the perfect music to play, from the ceremony to the reception. Who knew there were so many songs involved?? He did ! On our wedding day, he was there and prepared early. He went above and beyond preparing us for each event that was about to be announced so that we could be prepared. He is outgoing and fun! He watched the crowd and played music accordingly to keep the party going. I would highly recommend this DJ to anyone looking. We definitely had a blast. Thank you!- Susan

"As musicians ourselves, we searched MONTHS for a DJ for our wedding. We were looking for someone with energy that would match that of our guests (we have a rowdy crowd :D). Jason was incredible. INCREDIBLE. The man brought the house down! The process started with a Facetime call, where we got to meet Jason - my (now) wife and I didn't even have to talk about it after the call. We booked him right then and there. We had a few phone calls and chats with him before our wedding. He was always timely and so excited to speak with us! He quickly became an element of our wedding which we were excited about - we kept talking him up before our wedding to our guests. Jason is incredibly nice, and clearly knows his stuff. He has all the equipment you could ever want - uplighting, high quality speakers, a really nice and clean setup, lighting for the dance floor, cocktail hour setup, ceremony MC, etc. The process of getting music to him was made even easier by his employment of an app that allows you to send him song requests. A DJ's job is to not only play music, but to MC portions of the event. Jason did an AWESOME job of announcing everyone, speaking at key moments, and creating a great vibe where everyone was "in the loop". I cannot rave about Jason enough. Our guests LOVED Jason at our event - "the DJ was awesome" was one of the main compliments from our wedding, and we are still getting those :) We will always be recommending Jason, and I'll hire him again for any of our events in the future. It was an honor to meet such a great and talented guy. Thank you for EVERYTHING, Jason.

"Jay was fantastic for our wedding! He spent the time beforehand to sit down and chat with us for about an hour. He got a really good feel for what kind of music and atmosphere we were looking for. He made special notes of our ceremony and events in the reception to make things run smoothly throughout. His mix was amazing, and the dance floor was alive all night long. Highly recommend!

"This was hands down the most amazing DJ we could have booked! He was professional and fun. We met a week before the wedding to discuss everything, and he made sure our wedding was exactly what we wanted. He provided a lapel mic for our ceremony and was able to set up so quickly, working within the restraints of our venue. He played music for dinner that was fun and got all the kids dancing. He knew our timeline perfectly and got everyone excited for each part of the night. And his dance floor was EPIC. I had many wedding guests say that our dance party was the best the had ever been to, and it is all thanks to DJ Jay Book!!!"
